Prophetic word from Sunday Dec 4th during worship....
God said to me, "Can you feel it? Can you feel My love in this place?" He said, "He is pouring His love into us. He is pouring His life into us and His life is the light of men." God showed me a plant that was all folded up and hanging down like it was dormant, like it was protecting itself. God began to cause His life to flow up through the roots and the stalk of the plant began to unfold and leaves began to grow out of the stalk; beautiful vibrant green leaves. As the stalk finished unfolding the blossom stretched up and began to unfold and as it did a beautiful dazzling flower spread out and brightened everything around it. As the light shone from the flower the darkness retreated in every direction.
Later in May of 2010 God gave me this prophetic word for the church:
My children I have hidden you from the world while you have been healing and growing and learning. You were not yet ready to lead and disciple others because you needed to be discipled yourselves but now you are ready for My final healing touches that will pave the way for My power to flow through you.
Let go of your inner vows and surrender your wounds to Me that I may heal you and set you free to receive My forgiveness. Let My love rebuild your hearts so that you will finally be able to understand my immense love for you and the love that I desire to show others through you.
You will know that you are forgiven and healed when gratitude and joy fill your hearts and My compassion for the lost overpowers your fear of rejection and apathy. Then you will be able to step out in faith and share the night and day difference I have made in your lives.
For behold the times of refreshing are upon you. Like the spring rains. Just as the plants grow after the rain when the sun begins to shine so is My revival beginning to shine in your hearts and it is empowering you to believe and trust Me for all that you hoped revival would be.
In May of 2010 I asked God, “What are we as a church to do now?What does our church need?”
He said, “They need to come out of hiding”.
Then the Lord gave me 5 goals for the church.
The following are the Goals God set out for us as a church. #5 is for the leadership
OUR GOALS:
1. To be an apostolic and prophetic people
- trained and released to function at the level they are at so they will grow in relationship with Christ and therefore in character and zeal for serving God and building the kingdom by reaching out to the lost, one on one with the ability to hear God’s Voice and speak what they know and hear from the Holy Spirit to answer questions and convince people.
