Discipling, Training, Equipping, and Mentoring

We have a tremendous team of leaders here at The Sanctuary who work hard daily to make this local church one of the best in Canada. A good number of the leaders I work with have been through over a decade of intense weekly discipling, training, equipping and are now well into the mentoring process where they work one-on-one with me, meeting with me weekly as well as working directly with me in the ministry here at your church. Each is planning to be a part of an apostolic overseas trip as soon as possible as well - as they continue to grow and become involved in the wider Kingdom. When I am not here I know the work of the ministry will continue and be of the highest quality. The pulpit Teach Team ( part of the larger Leaders Team) will present God’s Word powerfully; the overall direction of the church will be maintained and the daily details of our corporate life will move forward as planned. I trust my immediate Leaders Team with my life and know they all have your best interests at heart. They are of the highest quality and I can be overseas and know that you are in good hands and being cared for, prayed for, ministered to, and encouraged in the Lord.    There are a number of stages all of these leaders have gone through - discipling, training, equipping, and now mentoring. They are firmly rooted and planted in the love of God as the Bible states we all should be and are totally  dedicated to the building up of this church - both spiritually and numerically. They work with other leaders in the church as well as reaching out to the lost.                    Over the summer months as I have formed and then molded this team and watched them rise to the challenges we face as a church right now - I have been so proud of them. They have worked hard and I have watched as their excitement,  enthusiasm, and determination grew almost daily. They are a powerful group of well trained individuals leading your church in the Name of Jesus.
